What are Fertility Awareness Methods (FAMs)?

There are a number of different FAMs available, and the right method will depend on your individual needs and preferences.

FAMs rely on naturally occurring signs of fertility in a woman's cycle to help her better observe and understand the physiological signs that show whether she is fertile or not on a day-to-day basis.
