Dr Ingrid Kensey is a General Practitioner (FRACGP) with a passion for relational, integrative primary care. She consults at Rutledge Family Medical Centre in Queanbeyan, NSW, and remotely for Katherine West Health Board, an Aboriginal community-controlled health service that provides acute and primary care to remote outback communities in the Northern Territory.
Dr Kensey adopts an integrative approach to her practice, addressing the physical, mental, social and spiritual aspects of health for her patients. In keeping with this approach, Dr Kensey believes Fertility Awareness Methods (FAMs) and Restorative Reproductive Medicine (RRM) offer patients the most satisfying and life-giving pathways for managing the complete spectrum of women's health issues including fertility, infertility, menopause, and neuroendocrine disorders including Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Pre-Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder, Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome, and Menstrual Migraine.
